KEEP THE DETAILS THAT MATTER
Your equipment.
Its own paper trail.
Keep serial numbers, receipts, manuals, warranty dates and the next maintenance task with the project they belong to.
A private binder on this device.
Records stay in this browser. Selected files are saved locally only when you choose “Save document.” Nothing is uploaded, synchronized or added to the public catalog. Local files have no public download URL.
Project JSON exports contain binder records and file references. Use Full binder backup to include the actual files. Backups contain private details; review where you keep or share them.
Up to 200 owned units per project, 20 document/link records and 100 maintenance entries per unit. File limits: 10 MiB per file, 50 files / 50 MiB per project, 200 MiB across this device’s binders. Browser quota may be lower. Clearing browser data or storage eviction can remove records/files; keep exported backups.
Restore adds a separate project and local file copies. It does not overwrite an existing project or reuse another project’s documents. Full backup import limit: 75 MiB.
Local document storage has not been opened.
Equipment you own.
One record can identify one physical unit, including its serial. A planned quantity in your shopping list does not establish ownership.
Documents, receipts & links.
Save the unit first. A selected file remains unsaved until you explicitly save this document on this device.
Maintenance and next actions.
Use the actual equipment’s maintenance instructions. Dates below are your schedule and records.
Manage local document storage
List local file metadata, download a copy or delete a file. This also lets you recover or remove files whose project record is no longer available. Nothing is uploaded.
