CAPACITY MEETS YOUR LOADS

How long could
your battery last?.

Explore runtime with explicit energy boundaries, conversion losses, temperature allowance and reserve.

Two energy boundaries. Two accounting paths.

Battery-side capacity includes inverter demand for AC loads; documented AC-output capacity uses AC load directly. Both paths divide adjusted energy by demand.
Conceptual energy accounting, not a wiring diagram or measured result. Choose the capacity boundary from the exact documentation. AC-output energy already includes conversion; the calculator does not apply inverter loss twice. Read the energy-boundary explainer

Start from a capacity you can identify.

Use a figure from the exact product’s documentation or enter your own assumption. Nominal capacity and documented usable energy are different. Confirm whether a usable figure is battery-side energy or energy already delivered at an AC outlet.

Make your assumptions visible.

Usable share, retained capacity, reserve, efficiency and standby are your assumptions unless separately documented. A 100% temperature allowance means no reduction has been modeled. An AC-output energy figure already includes conversion at its stated test conditions; this calculator does not apply that loss twice.

Use a saved load plan.

The first choice treats marked running watts as constant. The second divides planned Wh/day by 24; it does not describe a shorter outage’s load pattern. Both enter an AC-load assumption that you can edit.
