Identity and scope

Purchase policies below are a dated source review, separate from individual product specifications and price observations.

Manufacturer/brand, seller and installation provider are separate roles. A merchant profile does not certify that every product is made by that merchant. Affiliate approval and endorsement are not established by these links.

Shipping and delivery

Checkout calculates continental-US shipping. Alaska/Hawaii equipment can require a custom quote; hazmat is case-by-case. International customers can use US freight forwarders, with warranty shipping limited to the US forwarding location. Liftgate needs must be specified.

• Destinations: Continental US; AK/HI/custom freight subject to product restrictions; international via US forwarder
• Free shipping: Promotions limited to contiguous-US retail-priced items, excluding wholesale accounts; taxes/shipping do not count toward promotion totals.
• Minimum order: No universal merchant-wide minimum verified.
• Pickup: Sales-team arrangement and shipping-department appointment at least24hours in advance.
• Freight: Standard quote includes anticipated handling and requested liftgate; additional carrier/address/services charges may apply.

Returns and exclusions

Eligible unused, undamaged, unopened products: requests within14days can receive original-payment refunds; days15–30 receive store credit. Restocking can reach15%, original shipping is not refunded and customer pays return shipping. Solar panels, custom cables/cut wire, special orders, fuses and circuit breakers are non-returnable.

Warranty handling and support

Most products carry manufacturer warranties. Current Connected acts as the customer contact/advocate and troubleshoots before repair/replacement. Confirmed warranty claims use an RA and product-specific instructions; no single duration applies across brands.
