Epoch Batteries.

Identity and scope

Purchase policies below are a dated source review, separate from individual product specifications and price observations.

Manufacturer/brand, seller and installation provider are separate roles. A merchant profile does not certify that every product is made by that merchant. Affiliate approval and endorsement are not established by these links.

Manufacturer support/warranty is separate from the seller’s shipping, return and installation obligations.

No blanket 11-year free-replacement badge is supported.

Warranty portal says register within 90 days to activate; current policy says registration is recommended and proof of purchase suffices. Preserve this conflict and ask support for claim-specific resolution.

Covered battery return freight to Epoch is normally customer-paid; approved repair/replacement outbound shipping differs from charger/accessory and discount replacement shipping.

Identity

Official branding is Epoch Batteries; this profile matches the reviewed catalog label Epoch Battery to that battery brand. It does not extend Epoch warranty coverage to Victron or other third-party products the store also sells.

Warranty handling and support

The October 17, 2026 policy separates battery groups: free repair/replacement periods differ, later years can mean a 40%-off-MSRP replacement rather than free coverage, and Eco/recertified batteries, chargers and accessories have different terms. Earlier purchasers retain longer free coverage if their prior policy granted it. Exact group/date proof is essential.

Warranty handling

Claims go through the warranty portal before expiry with model/serial, purchase proof and issue evidence. RMA approval precedes shipment and lithium-battery packing instructions apply. The written policy permits purchase proof instead of registration; the portal’s activation wording conflicts.
