Runergy’s September 12, 2023 release explicitly describes American Hyperion Solar as a module brand launched by Runergy Group for the US market. This supports the exact catalog label, without merging Grape Solar distributor identity or all Runergy legal entities.

Warranty handling and support

Captured US version 4.4, effective May 19, 2026, lists HY module families and varying product/performance terms. The supplying Runergy entity under the contract provides the stated warranty. This does not automatically apply the current Runergy document to every historical Hyperion-branded module or reseller sale.

Runergy states the described upstream equity transfers do not transfer existing Runergy-branded product warranty obligations, which follow existing contracts/documents. It separates newly manufactured upstream-entity products. No broader Hyperion or successor warranty conclusion is inferred.
