Warranty handling and support

The legacy BDG-256 v3 manual, modified April 13, 2023, gives a one-year gateway term with purchase-proof and sales-channel conditions. It directs the customer to the merchant first and NEP if service is unavailable. This gateway reference is not a 25-year inverter warranty and is not assigned to BDG-256P3, Neptune, rapid-shutdown devices or other models.
