Warranty handling and support

The currently linked limited-lifetime document covers MRIL-manufactured, named products for defects over the roof’s life, subject to its conditions. It calls for written claims, original purchase proof and return/verification of a claimed defect; repair or replacement is the stated remedy. This is not a blanket roof-performance or installation guarantee.

Program scope

The official warranty page distinguishes the product-defect warranty from its separate ColorGard system program. Older manuals’25-year language is not silently substituted for, or retroactively replaced by, the currently linked document.
