Warranty handling and support

The linked limited warranty has a 25-year headline but separately states10-year structural-material and25-year manufacturing-function clauses with different start wording. It requires return authorization and purchase proof, and excludes transportation, installation and labor costs. These clauses are not collapsed into one all-inclusive 25-year promise.
