Warranty handling and support

Warranty extensions depend on inverter model and exclude built-in communication accessories. The US extension page says purchase within 36 months of shipment, while a warranty-help page says 24 months. Confirm the applicable current model terms; neither deadline is normalized into a promise.

Warranty handling

SolarEdge says most service questions should be handled by the installer and supplies a route to find service if the installer is unknown. Support, ownership transfer and serial-specific warranty tools are separate from paid extensions. Exact service/RMA approval remains required.
