Identity and scope

Solaria is the legacy PowerXT/PowerX module brand. Its current official notice names SunPower, Inc. (formerly Complete Solaria, Inc.) as the warranty administrator from June 3, 2025; this is a support-role relationship, not a catalog-brand merger.

Manufacturer/brand, seller and installation provider are separate roles. A merchant profile does not certify that every product is made by that merchant. Affiliate approval and endorsement are not established by these links.

Seller shipping, returns, freight charges and damage-claim duties are not established by manufacturer support. Use the actual retailer profile and order terms.

Claim eligibility and remedies still depend on the original product/purchase terms; an administrator announcement does not prove that any particular claim is covered.

Support route

The current notice says Maxeon no longer provides Solaria warranty service. It distinguishes SunPower, Inc. from TCL SunPower Global outside the US, which it says does not service Solaria warranties. Use the administrator linked by this notice; older product pages and legacy documents are not treated as current routing instructions.
