The same warranty page includes older nontransferable FAQ wording and newer transfer provisions for qualifying September 2026 purchases/registration; confirm the exact warranty document rather than promising universal transferability.

Identity

The official site identifies Trojan Battery Company and its battery families. Catalog Trojan examples include Pacer flooded batteries; they are not automatically covered by lithium OnePack marketing or registration terms.

Warranty handling and support

Trojan separates OnePack lithium coverage from current/legacy flooded, AES AGM, standard AGM and accessory warranty documents by region. OnePack duration and registration eligibility depend on purchase date/model; its extended term includes prorated later years. Use the actual battery-family warranty.

Warranty handling

OnePack claims begin with the selling dealer, or an authorized dealer if unavailable; diagnosis and battery/BMS history may be required. Trojan also provides direct technical-support assistance for its battery products. Do not treat this OnePack process as proof of identical terms for all lead-acid models.
