ALLPOWERS.

Identity and scope

Portable power, batteries and panels sold through ALLPOWERS’s global storefront, including US delivery.

Manufacturer/brand, seller and installation provider are separate roles. A merchant profile does not certify that every product is made by that merchant. Affiliate approval and endorsement are not established by these links.

Official returns and warranty pages give different general and model-specific warranty terms. Exact model coverage requires confirmation.

Official pages also conflict on customer-convenience returns: one excludes them and another offers conditional 30-day returns. The applicable terms remain unresolved.

A 30-day direct-store money-back policy requires complete original packaging/accessories and authorization. Buyer-remorse returns carry shipping costs; used non-quality returns require approval and can carry depreciation deductions.

• Return shipping: Customer-paid for non-quality reasons; defect/transit-damage conditions differ
• Window basis: Detailed instructions count from original shipment; confirm with merchant

Warranty handling and support

The warranty page lists model/condition-specific coverage and registration rules; original purchaser and purchase proof are required. Return-to-warehouse shipping after 30 days is generally customer-paid. Do not use one blanket period.
