The US policy advertises free shipping on all orders, subject to product/legal/hazmat/carrier restrictions. Standard estimate is5–7businessdays; preorders differ. Certain larger stations and expansion batteries have complimentary FedEx signature service.

Returns and exclusions

Direct-store purchases can be returned complete in original packaging within30days of delivery, subject to support/RMA. Preference-return shipping is buyer-paid. Quality-related issues have repair/replacement/refund processes; authorized-dealer returns are generally handled by that dealer.

Warranty handling and support

Official policy provides a model-specific warranty timeline, proof-of-purchase/troubleshooting requirements and exclusions. It can use new/refurbished replacements and product-use-dependent refunds. The original-consumer warranty is not generally transferable; temporary travel has a stated exception to country restrictions.
