Dabbsson.

Identity and scope

Portable and expandable battery systems sold through Dabbsson’s US storefront.

Manufacturer/brand, seller and installation provider are separate roles. A merchant profile does not certify that every product is made by that merchant. Affiliate approval and endorsement are not established by these links.

Official shipping terms both exclude Hawaii and describe an $800-fee exception. Availability and fees require direct confirmation.

Some warranty clauses use receipt date and others purchase date; exact-model/order terms require confirmation.

Shipping and delivery

Dabbsson advertises free shipping from its US warehouses to supported US addresses. The page excludes multiple islands/territories, Alaska and Hawaii, but also lists an $800 Hawaii shipping fee; Hawaii eligibility therefore needs confirmation. No P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO delivery.

• Free shipping scope: Supported US delivery addresses; conflicting Hawaii wording requires confirmation
• Delivery estimate: Usually 1 business day processing and 2–5 business days delivery; not guaranteed

Returns and exclusions

US consumer orders have a 30-day window for unused undamaged products with complete original packaging/accessories and prior RMA. Corporate orders are excluded. Non-defective returns can incur shipping plus payment-method transaction fees.

• Return shipping: Customer-paid for non-defective returns; source lists credit-card/PayPal/Klarna transaction-fee deductions
• Window basis: Source does not clearly unify start-date wording; confirm applicable order terms

Warranty handling and support

Published model tables distinguish power stations/expansion batteries from panels and chargers, with registration-dependent extensions. Coverage is country-limited; authorized-retailer purchases are handled through the seller. Refurbished products have separate terms.
