Identity and scope

Purchase policies below are a dated source review, separate from individual product specifications and price observations.

Manufacturer/brand, seller and installation provider are separate roles. A merchant profile does not certify that every product is made by that merchant. Affiliate approval and endorsement are not established by these links.

Shipping and delivery

US-specific guidance offers free shipping for most mainland destinations; HI/AK/PR/USterritories need a quote. Larger panels/batteries ship freight, with longer estimates. A separate generic shipping page claims broader international availability and contains old COVID-era language; do not treat that as current US order eligibility.

• Destinations: Most mainland US; other destinations require current quote/confirmation
• Free shipping: Most mainland-US destinations; HI/AK/PR/territories excluded from free shipping.
• Minimum order: No universal merchant-wide minimum verified.
• Freight: Large panels/batteries require freight; source estimates5–14businessdays, not delivery guarantees.

Returns and exclusions

The refund page describes14-day DOA authorization and30-day no-reason returns for brand-new goods, with customer-paid return shipping and a partial refund. The warranty page uses different refund/credit language. Confirm exact refund deductions before purchase; modified items are excluded.

• Return shipping: Customer-paid for preference returns; merchant process covers stated DOA/fault cases.

Warranty handling and support

Warranty periods vary by product and series; generic category rows differ from named home-energy models. The policy limits service to continental-US products and original-purchaser/order documentation. Troubleshooting precedes repair/replacement; no single duration should be applied across the catalog.

• Claim route: Contact ECO-WORTHY with order/SKU, issue description and requested photos/video.
• Duration: Product/series-specific; use exact named-model row or document.
