Shipping and delivery

US-store shipping covers the contiguous United States, excluding outlying islands/territories. RAPID-series orders over$20 have free shipping; orders below$20 list$4.90. Large rigid panels/preorders follow item-specific timing. No blanket free-shipping rule for every energy product was verified.

Returns and exclusions

US returns generally require complete original packaging and initiation within30days, support/RMA and safe shipping instructions. Non-quality returns can incur transaction fees plus product-specific shipping/handling; payment-method percentages and several shipping entries vary within the page, so obtain the exact quote.

Warranty handling and support

US limited warranty is model-specific and generally tied to original consumer purchase/proof and use in the US. Approved contiguous-US claims receive prepaid return labels; AK/HI/territory customers can bear shipping both ways. Exact product duration, registration and exclusions require the current model row.
