Contiguous-US standard ground over $49 and freight over $1499 can ship free, restrictions and ZIP checkout apply. AK/HI available with separate quote. International customers use their own contiguous-US forwarder. LTL is curbside; customer moves goods inside.

• Destinations: Contiguous US, AK and HI except PO boxes; product restrictions apply. International via US forwarder; APO/FPO/DPO standard parcel custom quote only.
• Free shipping: Ground over $49; freight over $1499 in contiguous US, restrictions apply.
• Minimum order: No universal merchant-wide minimum verified.
• Freight: LTL curbside, recipient moves from curb; failed appointments may incur fees.

Returns and exclusions

General eligible returns within 90 days receipt, resalable unused/uninstalled original box; no restocking fee, return freight deducted. Appliances generally 30 days purchase, sealed and specialist-approved. Furniture final sale; fueled/oiled equipment nonreturnable. Labor/install/uninstall excluded.
