Returns and exclusions

Most merchandise has 90-day returns with proof, but window/portable AC, dehumidifiers and non-stationary gas generators have seven days unused/sealed. Whole-house/stationary generators nonreturnable. Major appliances have 48 hours excluding weekends. Special orders may incur 15%; cardholder extensions do not override category limits.
