Returns and exclusions

Request return within 30 days of receipt and return within 30 days of authorization. Eligible goods need original condition/packaging and incur 15% restocking; shipping/handling are not refunded. Cut cable, pointed air terminals and various decorative/small items are excluded. Quote orders need explicit approval and returns use different addresses by product type.

Freight and liftgate conditions

Rods longer than eight feet require FedEx Freight unless supplied as a two-section assembly. The policy recommends two five-foot sections to avoid the higher freight cost for ten-foot needs. Liftgate/inside service was not established.
