Returns and exclusions

Eligible unused/uninstalled returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery with written authorization and photos. 18% restocking plus return freight; original shipping nonrefundable. Installed/modified goods, controls, precharged lines, accessories and sale/clearance/open-box classes are excluded; condition deductions can reach full value.
