OUPES.

Identity and scope

Portable and home-backup products sold through OUPES’s US storefront.

Manufacturer/brand, seller and installation provider are separate roles. A merchant profile does not certify that every product is made by that merchant. Affiliate approval and endorsement are not established by these links.

Official damage-report deadlines differ: the shipping page says 3 business days; the warranty/return page says 24 hours. Contact OUPES promptly and confirm the applicable terms.

Returns and exclusions

US direct-store orders have a 30-day-from-delivery return policy with original parts/secure packaging and prior RMA. Quality returns have domestic shipping covered; non-quality returns can incur shipping/restocking costs. Returns must ship within 15 days of RMA approval.

• Return shipping: Covered for qualifying domestic quality returns; customer responsibility for non-quality reasons
• Window basis: delivery receipt

Warranty handling and support

Warranty terms vary by named series and accessory category; original-purchaser/proof-of-purchase and channel conditions apply. Manufacturer defects may be serviced or replaced with equivalent/refurbished hardware; replacement coverage does not restart the original warranty.
