Orders of $299 or more ship free to contiguous 48 states by parcel or freight. AK/HI/territories/APO/FPO carry checkout surcharges. Canada available with duties collected at checkout; no other direct international destinations. Pallet freight is curbside, liftgate generally included; inside service extra.

Returns and exclusions

Unused eligible returns within 45 days of delivery, RMA required. No restocking only for 100% perfect resalable condition; otherwise 20–50%. Buyer pays return freight and original shipping is deducted even from free-shipping orders.

Warranty handling and support

Parker Davis HVAC supplies Pioneer heat-pump warranty. Page distinguishes unregistered basic up-to-one-year and registered standard up-to-five-year coverage, with registration/installation exclusions. Current homepage advertises up to ten years, so exact model document controls. Labor, refrigerant and installation costs generally excluded.
