Identity and scope

Purchase policies below are a dated source review, separate from individual product specifications and price observations.

Manufacturer/brand, seller and installation provider are separate roles. A merchant profile does not certify that every product is made by that merchant. Affiliate approval and endorsement are not established by these links.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping quotes are valid on the day quoted. Standard panel shipping requires at least10panels; smaller quantities can be picked up. Some accessories/100W panels use parcel shipping. International customers arrange their own logistics/BOL with the sales team.

• Destinations: Continental-US parcel/freight; international customers arrange third-party logistics
• Free shipping: No universal threshold verified.
• Minimum order: 10solar panels for shipping under the general panel policy; fewer can be picked up.
• Pickup: Scheduled warehouse pickup; identity/order conditions and possible pallet fee apply.
• Freight: Quote by order and destination; FAQ separately lists residential/liftgate add-ons, which should be reconfirmed in the actual quote.

Returns and exclusions

Direct online purchases can be requested for return within30days when undamaged, unmodified and in original packaging. Returned orders may face30% restocking. Merchant covers return shipping for stated error/defect/damage reasons; otherwise customer pays.

Warranty handling and support

Terms describe a one-year repair/replacement warranty with troubleshooting. Some products are processed with the original manufacturer; installation/removal labor is not covered where the manufacturer excludes it. FAQ explicitly distinguishes used-panel merchant warranty from manufacturer warranty on eligible new panels.

• Claim route: Start with SanTan troubleshooting/RMA; manufacturer-handled cases can be coordinated by merchant.
• Duration: Merchant one-year scope as stated; exact manufacturer/model terms separate.
