Purchase policies below are a dated source review, separate from individual product specifications and price observations.

Manufacturer/brand, seller and installation provider are separate roles. A merchant profile does not certify that every product is made by that merchant. Affiliate approval and endorsement are not established by these links.

Shipping and delivery

Current shipping policy covers the lower48states, excluding Puerto Rico. Customers outside this area can coordinate their own shipping. Lead times vary by product/order; source estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Returns and exclusions

Most unused, like-new products in original packaging can be requested for return within30days of purchase. Approval, package photos and10–20% restocking apply. Custom-built unlisted kits are non-returnable; used/open-box/clearance products are final sale.

Warranty handling and support

Manufacturer warranties vary by item; ShopSolar describes itself as an authorized distributor. After30days, manufacturer return freight may be customer-paid. Customers outside lower48pay shipping both ways. EcoFlow DELTA kits may contain third-party panels warrantied by ShopSolar rather than EcoFlow.
