Returns and exclusions

Eligible new packaged goods have 90 days from delivery with RMA and inspection. Seller may assess 20% restocking; damaged/incomplete packaging or unauthorized refusal can mean up to 50% or rejection. Hazardous/custom/prefabricated goods are excluded. Damage must be reported within two business days; defects within 30 days.
