Shipping and delivery

Signed-in customers receive standard ground shipping on most orders of at least $50 before tax to one contiguous-US address. Guest orders below $100 incur shipping. Alaska/Hawaii use standard rates; hazardous, size/weight and special-handling surcharges can apply. US-only delivery; no PO boxes. Supplier-shipped products have separate lead times and no expedited option.

Returns and exclusions

Eligible undamaged items may be returned within 30 days of shipment with merchant-paid return shipping. Original packaging, all components and new condition are required. Product/terms exceptions apply, including confirmed noncancelable/nonreturnable orders; use the provided return-label process.

Warranty handling and support

Zoro lists a one-year-from-shipment limited warranty for business/resale purchases, with prepaid return and repair/replacement/refund at its option. Manufacturer warranty is separate and requires exact-product confirmation through Zoro. Do not apply the business-only promise universally to consumers.

Freight and liftgate conditions

Parcel and LTL are supported, but product weight/size can require a visible delivery surcharge. No universal liftgate or inside-delivery entitlement verified.
