Returns and exclusions

Eligible unused unassembled/uninstalled new goods: 30 days from delivery, original packaging/tags/accessories. Buyer-remorse freight customer-paid; approved defect/misdescription labels covered. Missing packaging can cost $45/item. Plus+ free-return benefit is limited to qualifying paid members and three returns/month; sale/custom/nonreturnable exclusions apply.

Warranty handling and support

Costway Care states one year from purchase for home-use direct Costway.com orders, nontransferable; selected massage chairs have three years. Exact model terms can differ. Paid third-party extended plans are separate; misuse, commercial use and unauthorized repairs excluded.
