Shipping and delivery

Global-store shipping is worldwide from China using merchant-approved standard or DHL logistics, subject to destination availability. Cost depends on region/weight and checkout. Duties/taxes may be customer-paid; no PO/APO/FPO delivery. EU IOSS treatment depends on value/channel. No universal free-shipping threshold verified.

Returns and exclusions

Unused, undamaged products with packaging/accessories may be returned within 30 days of receipt after RMA. Customer pays preference-return freight/customs. Within 14 days the policy describes full refund; days 14–30 exclude shipping/tax. Return tracking must be supplied within two weeks of authorization. Seven-day DOA and quality cases follow separate coverage.

Warranty handling and support

Official-store products have a two-year quality warranty with proof and approved claims; SONOFF/Nextion authorized-reseller purchases have distinct replacement/repair and customer shipping rules. Modification/flashing, third-party repair, misuse and unapproved returns are excluded. Confirm diagnosis and channel-specific freight before returning.
