Returns and exclusions

Returns must be within 30 days of purchase with RMA, original packaging and unused/unmodified/uninstalled condition. Cancellations incur at least 15% handling/restocking even on unopened items. Shipping is non-refundable; after shipment, customer owes outbound and return freight. Special orders and opened/installed goods face rejection or discretionary refunds.

Warranty handling and support
