Shipping and delivery

Free standard shipping is advertised from regional US/Canada/Germany warehouses, with fees possible across warehouses and $12 fee for $0 redemption orders. US excludes AK, territories and military destinations; Hawaii product-specific. Pallet freight needs signature, carrier coordination and retained packaging.

Returns and exclusions

Eligible new unused goods can be returned within 30 days of delivery, original packaging/accessories and authorization. Buyer pays preference shipping; confirmed new defects receive merchant label. Open-box final sale except stated DOA relief. Late returns discretionary with 20% restocking.

Warranty handling and support

Warranty matrix lists five-year mini-split coverage, varied one-year/extension terms for other categories and six months for open-box. A generic opening paragraph says one year, so use the category/model matrix and exact document. Unauthorized repairs, improper installation and various external damage excluded.
