Warranty handling and support

Coverage varies by product. Mini-splits registered within 100 days are described as lifetime parts coverage beyond year one; post-year-one shipping is customer-paid. Other categories have different durations; pool-heat-pump extended wording conflicts internally. Installation, registration, original ownership and documentation conditions apply.
