Returns and exclusions

Request within 60 days of shipping for unused unopened uninstalled resalable goods, with RMA and original packaging. Up to 15% restocking may apply. Buyer pays return freight and actual original shipping even when sold with free shipping. Portable AC/heat-pump/generator products and multiple accessory/special-order classes are excluded.
